Doll Hospital Head Replacement...

OK now I alos have to ask about you all having sent in Sam. I have a white bodied doll and she has a lock cut. I would really like her to get repaired but am worried that she just won't come back right....I wish I could call the doctors and talk to them BEFORE they replace her head or what.....

I am really considering doing this but am worried about it...

Ask them to call you in a note. Tell them you want her to look like she does and not a newer doll. I had them call me before putting the new one on. I also learned that they save the old heads in case you have "head transplanter's remorse". I know that they have old heads for sam and do not for Molly or Addy.
